Position Overview

Are you passionate about renewable technologies, innovation, and electric mobility? Do you want to help ensure that EV drivers can reliably charge their vehicles at Blink Charging stations?

As a NOC & Field Services Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring charging infrastructure, coordinating technical interventions, and supporting customers and technicians to resolve issues efficiently. You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, and service partners to ensure a high level of service and operational reliability.


Here's What You'll Do:

* Proactively monitor EV chargers through the ticketing and monitoring systems and identify potential issues.
* Communicate with customers regarding incidents, troubleshooting progress, and resolution timelines.
* Coordinate and schedule technical interventions, maintenance, and repair activities.
* Provide technical guidance to field technicians during interventions, ensuring they have all necessary information to complete their work.
* Maintain close collaboration with installation and service partners to ensure quality standards, service levels, and efficient processes.
* Record all activities and technical details accurately in internal systems to enable reporting and analysis of interventions.
* Track multiple ongoing cases and ensure proper prioritization and follow-up.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.


What You Bring to the Table:

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience in the EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) industry is preferred.
* Technical aptitude with knowledge and understanding of basic electrical infrastructure and troubleshooting.
* Ability to support technical troubleshooting and coordinate field interventions effectively.
* Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and partners.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Experience working with ticketing or monitoring systems.
* Salesforce experience is a plus.
