We’re looking for a Contentious Probate Paralegal to join a leading specialist team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking to develop your expertise in contentious probate and take advantage of a clear, structured progression framework in a modern, family-friendly environment.
Who we’re looking for
4. Paralegal with contentious probate experience
5. Able to commit to at least 3 days per week in the office
6. Strong attention to detail and good drafting skills
7. Organised and self-motivated with excellent client-care skills
8. Team player with a collaborative approach
What you’ll be doing
9. Supporting solicitors and associates on a caseload of contentious probate matters
10. Drafting correspondence and legal documents
11. Preparing bundles and assisting with hearings
12. Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
13. Helping drive cases forward and ensuring deadlines are met
Salary & Benefits
14. Salary: £20,000–£30,000 DOE
15. Hours: Full time (35 hours), part time considered
16. Flexible working: Hybrid, with at least 3 office days per week
17. Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, plus the option to buy additional leave
