Our High Growth Company Creation team specialises in spinning out new high-growth companies from Scottish universities to build a successful entrepreneurship ecosystem in Scotland.
We're looking for an undergraduate candidate, regardless of background or academic subject, to work with our dynamic team to deliver impactful projects.
This role offers a great opportunity to learn about Scotland's university-led entrepreneurial scene.
The role
A major focus will be creating a best practice portal for university-led entrepreneurship in Scotland, including information on early-stage investors, commercial champions, and technology transfer offices.
Your curiosity and enthusiasm will help build a nationwide understanding of how universities transform ideas into businesses.
Responsibilities
* Gather information and examples of best practice from technology transfer offices, investors, and commercial champions
* Design innovative ways to share best practices and lessons from Scotland's entrepreneurial community
* Compare Scotland's entrepreneurial results with those of other countries
Who we're looking for
This program welcomes applications from undergraduates early in their degree studies.

* Ability to build relationships quickly and create mutually beneficial links
* Curiosity and ambition to learn through research and engagement
* Creative mindset to develop new systems used by stakeholders across Scotland
* Self-management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
* Education to SCQF Level 6
Previous experience or interest in entrepreneurship is a plus but not required.
