Responsibilities As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will: Engage with candidates over the phone, building strong relationships and understanding their career aspirations. Identify and connect with high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques. Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Collaborate with experienced consultants who will mentor and guide you to develop your skills. Track your progress through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, continuously improving your performance. Provide valuable leads and market insights to the delivery team. Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
