Contract Role

Location: 4-5 days a week in the Silverstone office

Length of contract: 6 weeks

What do you need to bring to the team?


If you’re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of our People Support team, you’ll help create a smooth, positive experience for colleagues across the entire employee journey. From coordinating onboarding to keeping our HR systems up to date, supporting benefits, and helping maintain our learning platform, you’ll play an important part in making sure everything runs seamlessly.

This is a busy, detail-focused role at the heart of our organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with purpose, and supporting others.



What you’ll be doing

* Supporting onboarding activities, completing essential checks, and keeping our HR systems and records accurate and compliant.
* Providing high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture team, always delivering a professional, friendly service.
* Helping to maintain our Learning Management System and supporting day‑to‑day employee lifecycle processes.
* Managing visa sponsorship administration and ensuring full compliance while working closely with external partners.
* Taking ownership of regular reporting tasks, collecting and analysing information using Excel.
* Following established processes and ensuring all work is completed with care and precision.
