Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the overall 5-year transformation strategy ensuring programmes are on time, on budget, and deliver measurable impact.
* Translate strategic goals into practical, deliverable projects that improve reach, efficiency, and outcomes.
* Act as a key advisor to the Strategy Steering Group influencing key decision making and prioritisation
* Champion a digital-first culture - embedding technology, data, and AI into service delivery, supporter engagement, and operational processes.
* Analyse current business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and improved impact
* Develop plans to implement and drive organisational change, including adoption of digital and the use of AI
Experience and background for the Head of Transformation
* Successful implementation of the 5-year strategy based on delivering to annual objectives, KPIs and milestones, resulting in increased capacity, reach, impact and income
* Digital tools and processes embedded, adopted, and delivering measurable efficiencies.
* Successful implementation of new digital and data projects.
* Improved data quality informing decision making and building insight.
* Positive stakeholders feedback on the impact of transformation initiatives
* Timely and accurate reporting on the progress and outcomes of strategic projects
