Field Service Engineer - BMS (Devon & Cornwall) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join a established team, supporting a diverse range of clients across Devon and Cornwall, including several leading blue-chip organisations. You'll be responsible for delivering top-quality Building Management System (BMS) support and maintenance, while building lasting relationships with customers and helping drive our service transformation journey. What you'll do Work safely and responsibly, upholding our zero-tolerance policy on unsafe practices. Take ownership of your customer base, ensuring contractual requirements are met or exceeded. Deliver best-in-class service and identify operational issues for proactive resolution. Produce clear and insightful service reports that demonstrate value and outcomes. Recommend system upgrades, repairs, and energy efficiency improvements. Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to identify new project opportunities.
