Cover Supervisor – Full or Part Time

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a successful and highly regarded secondary school to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a long-term position. The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes using pre-prepared lesson materials
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Creating a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment
* Supporting students to remain engaged and on task
* Acting as a consistent and professional presence in the classroom
