* Calm under pressure: You can navigate ambiguity and find solutions to unblock progress.
* People-centred: You know how to engage, support, and prepare teams for change.
* Experienced: You bring a strong background in operational delivery, service transformation, and change management within complex or regulated environments.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Excellent problem-solving and organisational capabilities, with a focus on identifying and removing barriers to ensure delivery success.
* Confidence working across strategic and operational levels, aligning teams and systems during periods of significant change.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on financial wellbeing across the UK while developing your leadership experience in a high-profile transformation programme.
If you’re motivated by practical delivery, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to be part of a service that helps people build better financial futures, we would love to hear from you.
