Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers earn up to approximately $62,460 per year. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, and training.
