About The Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC‑One, your kindness will be at the heart of everything you do. It’s what shapes our care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You’ll help give something back — through care, respect and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
* Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
* Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
* Use products safely and follow hygiene procedures.
* Support infection control and safety standards.
* Help with laundry and linen care.
* Report any issues or repairs as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided. You should be organised, manage time well and work with attention to detail. A positive attitude, kindness and respect in every conversation with residents, visitors and the team are essential. Safeguarding awareness and the ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect are required, as is participation in safeguarding training.
