Repairs and Maintenance Support Officer needed in U Paying £38.09 per ref 1678624 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Repairs Coordination & Customer Service Act as the first point of contact for tenants and contractors regarding repairs. Log repairs accurately using the repairs or housing management system. Diagnose basic repairs to allocate the correct trade and priority. Book, rearrange and monitor appointments to ensure timely completion. Keep residents updated on repair progress, follow‑on works and delays. Administration & Workflow Support Raise purchase orders and track job status through to completion. Support the management of contractor performance and KPIs. Collate and maintain accurate records, compliance documents and reports. Assist with planned maintenance programmes, void works and service checks. Team & Service Support Work closely with operatives, surveyors and external contractors. Help identify recurring repairs issues or service failures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Property Services team.
