Based at our award-winning Ford dealership on Whiffler Road, Norwich, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our Busseys Ford Pro Transit Centre operation as we continue to grow our commercial vehicle business across Norfolk and East Anglia.
Ford continues to lead the UK and Europe commercial vehicle market with an outstanding range of commercial products and an exciting pipeline of new models, including an expanding electric vehicle range designed to support businesses through the transition to electrified transport. This role places you at the centre of our growth journey.
As Transit Centre Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team while developing new proactive key account management opportunities across the SME fleet sector. Working closely with our growing team of Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives, you will drive customer acquisition, retention, profitability and long-term business relationships through the latest Ford Pro connected vehicle technologies and services.
A key focus of the role will be the continued development of Ford Dealer Uptime Services and Ford Pro connected vehicle solutions, helping customers manage their fleets in real time, improve operational efficiency and reduce costly vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities
* Help in leading and developing the Ford Pro Transit Centre operation.
* Managing, coaching and motivating a team of three Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives.
* Driving commercial vehicle market share growth across the region.
* As part of a project team developing proactive SME fleet and key account business opportunities.
* Promoting Ford Pro connected services, including Ford Dealer Uptime Services.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and strong customer retention.
* Driving vehicle sales volumes, profitability, F&I performance and accessories sales.
* Working closely with the marketing team to maximise local business opportunities.
* Supporting the continued growth of Ford’s electric commercial vehicle range and customer adoption.
The Successful Candidate
You will ideally have previous management experience within an automotive retail or commercial vehicle environment, although strong candidates with transferable leadership and business development skills will also be considered.
You should be passionate about customer relationships, team development and the future of connected and electric commercial vehicles. Experience in fleet sales, key account management or business-to-business development would be highly advantageous.
Full support and training will be provided, including a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing manufacturer development.
