Role: Business Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 + OTE (£10,000)
Our client is a national commercial law firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial businesses from their earliest stages right through to exit. They’re committed to offering a friendlier, more modern approach to legal services, and to reshaping the way businesses receive support.
Founded in 2014, the organisation has continued to grow at around 40% year on year. This financial year, more than 150 people will support over 4,000 businesses, with turnover expected to exceed £14m. They’re anticipating significant further growth over the next two years and are warmly welcoming six early-career hires into their expanding commercial team.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play an important part in starting new conversations and helping potential clients feel supported from the very first interaction. Much of your time will be spent reaching out to organisations, listening carefully to their challenges, and gently creating opportunities for the wider commercial team to explore.

You’ll be involved in:
* Identifying and engaging potential clients across a range of industries
* Building rapport and starting meaningful, thoughtful conversations
* Exploring initial client needs and passing warm opportunities to the commercial team
* Sharing ideas to help shape outreach campaigns and prospecting approaches
