Our Night shifts team typically start between 8.30–10pm and finish around 4–5am
The Role:
As part of the night shift team, you will be involved in all stages of bread production, including:
- Weighing and scaling recipes
- Mixing ingredients
- Handling and shaping dough
- Baking bread
- Assisting the dispatch team with slicing and packing finished products
This is a hands-on, physical role and would suit someone who enjoys working at night, is dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality bakery goods.
The role is based at our bakery on Rue des Prés Trading Estate
