Our Client is the leading specialist distributor of cold applied road marking, road repair and reinstatement. They are growing their R&D team and are seeking a Product and Training Engineer who will support their current and ‘in development’ projects. This is a hands-on role where the individual will collaborate across all stakeholders, focused on different line marking technologies, machines and applications as well as cold applied road/surface repair and reinstatement systems. Responsibilities: * Run product demos and client presentations related to Product Development * Train Clients on the correct application of materials and specialist spray machines * Carrying out market research for development opportunities * Carrying out competitive product analysis * Sourcing product/solution options and partners * Collaborating with labs & universities for development work * Undertaking practical testing & prototyping of products * Attending and supporting on-site testing * Reporting on testing completed * Technical data sheet creation * Travel in the UK and Europe which may be during unsocial hours.
