As a Youth Worker, you will support young people to explore and understand their ideas, values, and beliefs, building their confidence, self-esteem, and life skills to enable a successful transition to adulthood.
Youth work relies on voluntary engagement. You will need to build relationships based on trust and mutual respect to support and empower young people from all backgrounds. Applicants should be passionate about young people’s rights and confident in leading youth work support, interventions, projects, and activities.
The post holder will have opportunities to work collaboratively to develop and deliver targeted early intervention and preventative activities with other teams and external organizations.
