Care Manager – Complex Care (ABI)

Complex Case Management is a growing, dynamic care agency looking for an experienced Nurse Care Manager to support clients with Acquired Brain Injury in their own homes.
The role includes:
* Managing and overseeing complex domiciliary care packages
* Clinical assessments, care planning, and risk management
* Providing clinical leadership to care teams
* Working with families and multidisciplinary professionals
You will need:
* Valid NMC registration (essential)
* Experience in complex or community care (ABI experience desirable)
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
