Set in its own private grounds, it provides nursing, residential, and dementia care for up to 50 residents. They're now looking for a clinically strong Deputy Manager - someone who still enjoys being hands-on but also thrives on leading teams, improving standards, and working closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous quality improvement.
