Broughton Group is seeking a Lead Principal Design Engineer/Manager to take ownership of the mechanical design function at a management level in Elland, England. In this lead role, you will manage a small mechanical design team while remaining technically hands-on to ensure design quality and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mechanical design and demonstrate strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills. You will report directly to the Technical Director.
