Your mission is to support the project control team in the daily management of all documentation related to the project. We are seeking a motivated person able to facilitate the documentation management of Framatome and all stakeholders – engineering companies, contractors, partners, authorities. This role interacts daily with multiple persons and requires a facilitator personality. In addition to this main role, the person will also support the team with various executive assistant tasks like managing travels, organizing workshops, supporting visitors, etc.
You will be directly managed by the Senior PMO, in charge of project control.
The project activities will take place in the UK, where the site is located.
For training purposes, one or two travels may be required to France (Lyon).
Mission Description
On a day-to-day basis, employment requires all or part of the following significant activities:
1. Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools related to document management of the project
2. Contribute to the proper application of documentary standards for project performance
3. Participate in regular meetings to collect data from project stakeholders, update the database, and manage progress indicators
4. Maintain the quality of documentary data within its scope
5. Define and feed indicators related to document management
6. Manage the document configuration of the EDMS tool according to project needs
7. Coordinate and contribute to user training for the EDMS tool
8. Perform cross-functional roles or missions as needed by the organization
This role involves communicating mainly with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a structured manner, using oral (presentations, meetings) and written (notes, reports) communication, and collaborative tools.
Internal interfaces include project team members (PMO, design architect, construction manager, etc.) and Framatome EDMS support team.
External interfaces include suppliers, partners, and project customers.

Profile
Candidates should have a demonstrable record of experience in documentation control:
* 3+ years in setting and controlling project documentation
* 1+ year assisting a project team
You should be autonomous, capable of managing various stakeholders independently, rigorous, and enjoy working in a project team.
Experience with Documentum software is a plus but not mandatory.
Position Details
Location: Bristol, England initially, with eventual transfer to a site 30 km from Bristol.
Travel: France, Germany, and UK.
