Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an Administration support for the Patient Experience and Involvement Team in Pontypool. The role involves providing and managing confidential information, liaising with patients, families, and volunteers, and acting as a central contact for the Team.
Applicants should be educated to NVQ level 3 or have equivalent experience along with good communication skills. Experience of working with volunteers and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. We support flexible working and provide extensive training opportunities.
