for the following position:
JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to the Brand Manager, we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Brand Team within the Marketing department and support the success of our family camping category. This varied role would be ideal for a highly organised and motivated individual, with a desire for driving brand awareness, delivering increased sales and desirability.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the development, implementation, and execution of annual brand plans across a full marketing mix.
· Ensure brand plans deliver against objectives, reporting monthly.
· Attending and assisting in the successful delivery of exhibitions and events.
· Collaborating with our in-house creative team on photoshoot planning and ensuring our products are displayed at their very best in still imagery and videos.
· Producing valuable content for internal and external communications.
· Work in cross departmental groups, representing the marketing department.
· Creating and delivering sales tools for both customers and consumers.
· Working with immediate team to deliver an effective social media marketing strategy.
· Collaborating with wider marketing team to generate creative video content, blogs and email campaigns.
· Working with external PR company to help capitalise on key marketing opportunities and press coverage.
· Communicating with Brand ambassadors.
Key Requirements
· Demonstratable experience in developing effective marketing strategies (campaigns, digital, POS, advertising)
· Strong project management skills
· Confident communicator with good presentation skills
· Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
· Able to work within set budgets, efficiently and effectively
· Up to date with latest marketing techniques and best practice
· Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
· Contributing to pitching tents and displaying camping equipment in the best possible way.
Desirable skills
· Active interest in outdoor activity, particularly camping
· Experience with email marketing
· Digital advertising campaigns
· Google Analytics
