Studio Manager | Creative Design Studio | Hertfordshire
The Client
Our client is a well-established, creative design studio with an international reputation for creating striking outdoor spaces. Operating at the intersection of art, design, and the built environment, their work spans cultural, residential, and institutional projects across the UK and internationally.
The studio is based in a beautiful countryside setting just outside London, in an architect-designed workspace that reflects their design philosophy; calm, collaborative, and deeply considered. With a close-knit team of around 25 creative professionals, they combine craftsmanship with strategic design thinking to produce work that balances innovation, context, and enduring quality.
Their projects often involve partnerships with leading cultural organisations, artists, and craftspeople, and they are known for a process that values collaboration, integrity, and design excellence. The team culture is warm, inclusive, and intellectually curious, offering an environment where creativity and operational rigour go hand in hand.
