About the Role
Biotecture are the UK's leading specialist in living walls and vertical landscapes. We are looking for supervisors to lead a small team (typically 2 members) maintaining green walls across London and further afield. This role will require travel across the UK including overnight stays approximately once a month during the growing season.
Contract and Location
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London and surrounding areas + travel across the UK
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £32k per annum based on experience + benefits including life assurance, virtual GP and store discounts
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team carrying out regular maintenance of our living walls including horticultural and irrigation maintenance.
* Assist with Christmas tree installations October – December.
* Provide reporting in line with Biotecture's processes.
* Work Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or evening work available (overtime rate).
Desired Skills and Experience
* Horticultural maintenance background.
* Good plant knowledge.
* Supervisory experience.
* Comfortable working at height.
* Knowledge of irrigation systems.
* UK driving licence.
* PA1 & PA6 certification.
* Ideally hold IPAF and PASMA.
