We have a fantastic opportunity with a growing business in the building services sector for a Telemarketer who thrives on hitting targets & driving results! Working from their modern offices in Coulsdon, this is a highly commission-based role where the harder you work, the more you can earn.

The Role
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects within the building services industry
* Engage key decision-makers to qualify leads and book appointments for the Business Development team
* Manage and update CRM records with accurate call activity and outcomes
* Work to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume and appointment bookings
Experience Needed
* Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales
* Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
* Target-driven with effective time management
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Knowledge of the building services industry is advantageous but not essential
