Would you enjoy supporting a Young Man who is 20, with Neurodiversity and brain injury? This position is in Watton Norfolk. Duties include Medication Cooking/Meal prep Companionship Social trips out House work Pet support Further duties discussed at interview. Days will be the following Wednesday, Friday and 1 day every other weekend - You will need to be flexible, with hours. Other hours will be available, that could include a waking night or 24 hour care once or twice a month. Candidate Must have following Up to date DBS or will be willing to have one completed Via Employer. Car owner with appropriate insurance Have Experienced in care work especially Neurodiversity Knowledge and/or experience of Brain injury desirable but not Essential. Be flexible Have completed or have knowledge of safeguarding practices. Have had relevant training in a care sector before and can show evidence of this at interview. Be comfortable working with others. Be comfortable with the use of CCTV Have a caring bubbly attitude to work, able to use initiative and think outside the box. Be educated to at least a level C or equivalent in Maths and English. Work closely with family and do not change routine unless family express it. Be a Non smoker - due to sensory issues of client. Must be able to provide details of references. We have cats in our household, so must be comfortable with them. Job Type: Temporary 3 Months Contract length: 3 months
