Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company schedules
2. Complete all maintenance activities to a high professional and technical standard
3. Produce accurate technical and activity reports in line with company procedures
4. Use company systems proactively to ensure ongoing contractual and compliance adherence
5. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
6. Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site
7. Escalate any major site issues or incidents to management promptly
8. Assist management with quotations for additional or remedial works by providing accurate technical information
9. Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required
10. Submit accurate weekly timesheets on time
11. Supervise subcontractors while on site, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
12. Represent the company professionally at all times
13. Comply fully with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and company policies
14. Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
15. Actively participate in health & safety processes, including risk assessments, audits, and incident reporting
16. Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager or line management

17. Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
18. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
19. HVAP / LVAP Authorisation
