Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to join a growing team at the forefront of delivering services to the facilities management and construction sectors — including Tier 1 contractors and major end users.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated, ambitious individual looking to break into B2B sales within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately helping to win new business across FM providers, construction firms, and end users.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients in the facilities management and construction sectors
*
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across Tier 1 contractors, FM companies, and commercial end users
*
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
*
Set up and attend client meetings alongside senior sales team members
*
Support tender and bid processes with relevant information and client insight
*
Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and report on progress
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of new accounts
Who We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level position, so while direct industry experience isn’t required, a proven background in sales or client engagement is essential. Ideal candidates may come from:

Recruitment (360 or resourcing roles)
*
Call centre sales
*
Telesales / Telemarketing
*
Account management or lead generation roles
*
B2B or high-volume B2C sales providers
You’ll need to be confident, target-driven, and commercially sharp, with the ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders in technical and operational environments.
Requirements

1+ year in a sales, client-facing or business development role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, proactive, and resilient
*
Comfortable working in an office-based environment in Oxford most days
*
Genuine interest in facilities management, construction, or built environment industries
