A fully remote, SuccessFactors Specialists required for a Global Organisation embarking on a SuccessFactors implementation. Experience of support and configuration across EC, Recruitment & Onboarding or Performance & Goals, Succession, L&D.
Knowledge of Work Zone for HR, Document Management and e-signature solutions and Qualtrics would be beneficial.
I am eager to speak with any SuccessFactors specialists – who can serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and can develop, support and maintain SuccessFactors across some of the following –
· Employee Central,
· Recruitment, Onboarding,
· Compensation,
· LMS,
· Succession Planning,
· Platform,
· Performance Management,
· Objective Setting,
· Career Development,
· Reporting and Analytics.
Development of specific solutions is key and the introduction of Work Zone for HR and integration with other HR systems is a strategic objective to deliver a world class employee experience using world leading technology.
Experience required:
Proven and recent experience in supporting and configuring of at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules.
