Facilities Manager
📍 Sunderland (4 days/week) & Glasgow (1 day/week)
🕒 Full-time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
🕒 Immediate start, 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and high-profile environment?
We are seeking a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to oversee operations across two key client sites in Sunderland and Glasgow. You'll lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services, office relocations, and workplace strategy.
What you'll be doing:
Managing day-to-day FM operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance
Leading office moves and relocations
Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractor procedures
Building strong client relationships and delivering against SLAs/KPIsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in hard and soft FM services within a corporate setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
Familiarity with CAFM systems
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly between sitesWhat's in it for you:
