Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
This role involves advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law within the EMEA region. Responsibilities include handling employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinary actions, flexible working requests, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. Additionally, you will advise on regulatory projects including Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and the Modern Slavery Act.
Candidates should have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
