The role
* Boiler servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repair
* Fault-finding on Gas, Oil and LPG heating systems
* Upselling boiler replacements & system upgrades where appropriate
* Work on vented and unvented systems
* Professional communication with customers
* Maintaining a neat, high-standard quality of work
We are looking for someone who
* Is Gas Safe registered and technically strong
* Is a proper fault-finder, not just a parts changer
* Takes pride in high-standard workmanship
* Communicates well with customers and colleagues
* Is reliable, organised and calm under pressure
* Wants to be part of a trusted team with high standards
Essential / preferred qualifications
* CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety – Essential
* CENWAT1 (or CEN1 and WAT1 together) – Essential
* Minimum 3 years qualified experience
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent – Preferred
* Clean driving licence – Preferred
* Right to work in the UK – Essential
