Project Manager : Site Based
Location: Windsor
Salary: GBP60,000:GBP65,000 + Car Allowance
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Site:Based Project Manager to deliver a supply and install light steel frame project in Windsor, working directly with a major Tier 1 client.
This is a hands:on role requiring strong client:facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management of the supply and installation of a light steel frame package
* Acting as the main point of contact for a Tier 1 client, maintaining strong professional relationships
* Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor control
* Accurate record keeping, progress reporting, and commercial awareness
* Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, and trackers
* Ensuring health and safety, quality, and programme targets are met
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on site:based construction projects
* Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients
* Experience managing light steel frame projects (essential)
* Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
* Confident user of Field View software
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage fast:paced delivery with minimal supervision
