About you:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant IT business analysis or transformation experience
* Proven experience liaising with business end users within large organisations
* Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements
* Experienced in supporting large IT implementations or transformation programmes
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Familiar with business applications, IT concepts such as SDLC, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data governance
What you'll do:
* Support process change initiatives and drive business transformation projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and develop detailed requirements for new technology solutions
* Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications
* Support the implementation of diverse business applications within structured IT projects
