Managing Quantity Surveyor – Specialist in Measurement & Cost Planning

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in measurement, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities. Proficiency in CostX and experience working under the latest measurement regulations (MRN2 or MRN3) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications
* Produce and update accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
* Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
* Track project costs, manage variations, and advise on commercial risk
* Use CostX to deliver digital measurement and cost reporting
* Ensure all work aligns with MRN2 or MRN3 standards
* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
* Strong technical knowledge in measurement and cost management
* Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)
* Demonstrable experience preparing BOQs and conducting take-offs
* Must be confident working under MRN2 or MRN3 regulations
* Proficient in CostX software
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* A proactive and collaborative mindset
