Our two‑year Graduate Programme offers you the chance to contribute to meaningful projects from the very start. You will shape sustainable places, create smarter infrastructure, and help clients solve complex challenges while learning from experienced professionals.
What you’ll do
* Provide support to the assistant and project engineer for site delivery.
* Understand the scope of works and quality‑control activities to ensure compliant works.
* Apply Mace temporary‑works and safety procedures and assist in their implementation.
* Establish and maintain secondary control from primary control.
* Provide dimensional control for main contractor works.
* Assist with defined inspections for Mace verification.
* Collate quality records.
* Review design information and compare with construction works.
* Maintain a personal site diary to capture and record activities.
* Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.

About you
* Future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in any subject.
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Adaptability and readiness to travel frequently to project sites or Mace offices.
* Proactive, creative thinker who embraces change, collaborates, and maintains integrity.
