The Role
The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing Swindon office. You’ll handle your own caseload of residential matters, which may include:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy cases
* Advising individuals, families, and local businesses on a broad range of property needs
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm, while being trusted to run files with autonomy.
About You
* 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and enthusiasm to be part of a busy, well-regarded team
