Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

Role Overview
As Health & Safety Manager, you will lead all health and safety matters on site and report to a Head of Safety overseeing multiple European sites. Your responsibilities include:
1. Building strong, collaborative relationships with the site management team and workforce by offering guidance, support, coaching, and leadership on health and safety issues.
2. Embedding a world-class safety culture across the site by fostering positive relationships and active engagement.
3. Providing independent, expert advice to management on health and safety compliance and best practices.
4. Developing cooperative relationships with trade union representatives and conducting regular safety meetings.
5. Leading the site Health and Safety Committee to promote effective communication and shared responsibilities.
6. Collaborating with the wider health and safety team and senior leadership to ensure consistent safety standards across the organization.
7. Liaising with external bodies such as regulatory agencies, safety auditors, and insurers to maintain compliance and drive safety improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
