We are excited to advertise the position of Assistant People Analyst, a fully funded 21-month programme in Digital Skills as a Business Level 3 Apprentice at NWSSP.
The Apprentice - Assistant People Analyst will join the NWSSP People and Organisational Development team to support our information systems, data, and people analytics. This role combines study and work as part of a new initiative within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of our service, helping to shape the vision of becoming a one-stop shop for all people insights and analytics.
2. Collaborate with colleagues using workforce data to support performance, analytics, business intelligence, and workforce planning.
3. Provide information, guidance, and support on ESR and its functionalities.
4. Assist the Workforce Intelligence Team in maintaining the quality of information held on ESR, including regular data cleansing.
5. Offer administrative support for the Workforce Information System within the People Analytics Team.
6. Support specific Workforce Information / ESR projects within NWSSP.
