This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded planning professional seeking greater responsibility, client exposure, and a clear pathway towards Associate Director level. Working as part of an established and successful team, you'll be involved in delivering planning strategies and securing consents for a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, logistics, infrastructure, and strategic land developments. Key Responsibilities: Leading planning projects from inception through to determination. Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Preparing and reviewing planning appraisals, applications, appeals, and representations. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the planning team. Contributing to business development activities and networking opportunities. Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams. Requirements: MRTPI qualified. Significant consultancy or private sector planning experience. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system. Proven experience managing client relationships and project delivery.
