Employment Solicitor (2 years') – Edinburgh A leading Scottish firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its well-established Employment team in Edinburgh. The team advises a diverse client base across the UK and internationally and is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused employment law advice. This role is suited to a Solicitor with 2 years' PQE who is looking to build on their experience within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Employment tribunal litigation, including drafting ET3s, preparing witness statements and advocacy Advising clients on day-to-day HR and employee relations matters Drafting, reviewing and updating employment contracts, policies and procedures Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements Providing employment law support on corporate and commercial transactions Assisting with and delivering client training sessions There is also scope to contribute to business development activity and, for those with an interest, to develop a specialism in immigration over time.
