About the role
We have a new opportunity for an Electrical Senior Associate or Associate Director to join our team based in Cardiff or any of our Southwest offices (Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol).
This is a significant period for Hoare Lea Cardiff, including a move to a new City Centre Office.

Working with a firm with strong social values, you'll use your engineering skills to support societal roles, industry needs, environmental goals, and community wellbeing for future generations.
As a Senior Associate or Associate Director, you'll own multiple complex activities, lead large projects, manage stakeholder expectations, monitor metrics, and motivate teams. You'll seek efficient working methods, add value, help secure new work, and build client relationships.
In this role, you can expect to:
* Be responsible for client relations and creating future opportunities.
* Contribute to bid preparation.
* Lead large schemes and coordinate disciplines, serving as the main client contact.
* Ensure profitable scheme delivery.
* Represent all disciplines at project meetings.
* Support and develop a high-performing local team.
* Delegate, manage, and review work.
* Monitor project expenditure and report to management.
* Report on costs and resources regularly.
