Role
About the Role: The successful candidate will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, helping them to access learning and develop confidence in the classroom. They will work alongside teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions, assist with lesson preparation, and contribute to the overall wellbeing of pupils.
Responsibilities
* Support students in lessons, helping them engage with learning activities
* Deliver one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Assist in implementing behaviour and learning strategies
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Encourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude to learning
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life
