Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Opportunity

The Role
You will join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive hands-on training across the full recruitment lifecycle. In your early months, the focus will be on candidate delivery across both permanent and contract roles, helping you build confidence, market knowledge, and strong foundations.
Once you successfully pass probation, you'll transition towards a 360 consultant model, giving you the opportunity to develop your own client base and establish yourself as a trusted recruiter within your niche.
Key responsibilities include:
Learning and applying the full recruitment lifecycle
Advertising roles and sourcing high-quality candidates
Screening applicants and arranging interviews
Managing vacancies and matching candidates to client needs
Building long-term relationships with candidates
Negotiating offers and managing placements
Working towards personal KPIs and team revenue targets
Developing the confidence to win and manage your own clients
