We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This role plays an important part in supporting our busy sales office and ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email.
* Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Support general office and sales administration as needed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is an advantage.
* Good basic maths skills and confidence handling figures (for quotes and order processing).
* Competent computer user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
