Based at our picturesque Rutland Water Fishing Lodge, you'll be the friendly face supporting our customers, serving anglers, and delighting park visitors. Either working in a team or working independently, no two days are the same! What You'll Do:Operate the till and our web-based booking systemHandle telephone calls and cash transactionsPerform administrative tasksManage day-to-day stockIssue season tickets and handle boat hiresPerform boat admin tasksDeliver outstanding customer service What You Need to Shine: Excellent customer service skill Great communication and social skills Strong interpersonal skills Flexibility and eagerness to learn Availability to work weekends and shifts Knowledge or experience in fly fishing is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker! If you have excellent customer service skills, we can teach you the fishing ropes.
