Junior Sous Chef
We are currently looking for a passionate and committed junior sous chef to work across different sections of the kitchen to deliver a fresh, high quality food offer for day-to-day service along with a variety of private & corporate events.
Working with local suppliers, the team make everything fresh daily, and use seasonal ingredients.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in preparing and cooking with fresh, seasonal produce in a very busy kitchen
Knowledge of cakes, pastries and breads
Experience and skills across all kitchen sections
A "can do" attitude
Common sense
Stamina
Organisational flair & flexibility
To work day time hours with occasional evenings, according to the needs of the business. Will include some weekends and Bank holidays.
Salary 26,000 - 30,000 per annum.
