The Role As an Architect, youll take ownership of projects from concept through technical delivery, working closely with senior colleagues while building your own project leadership credentials. Youll be client-facing, technically hands-on, and part of a collaborative team that values clarity, accountability and good humour. What Youll Be Doing Running projects across all RIBA stages with confidence Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and information Liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors Contributing to design development and problem-solving on live schemes Playing an active role in a practice thats scaling with intent What Youll Bring Essential: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in architectural practice Strong technical capability with AutoCAD Experience working across project stages and contributing to delivery Clear communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations ARB-registered Architect (RIBA / RIAI affiliation welcome) Desirable (but not essential): Passivhaus exposure or accreditation Conservation experience Familiarity with NEC contracts Working Pattern Office-based role in Belfast MondayThursday: 9:00am 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am 4:00pm (early finishbecause life exists outside site visits) The Package Competitive salary, aligned to experience Strong, long-term project pipeline Supportive, professional environment with room to progress Real exposure to varied, meaningful projects across Ireland Why This One?
