Severn Trent Group is seeking a dedicated Corporate Reporting Manager to join our Company Secretariat Team on a -month secondment
Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, this role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of our extensive annual reporting obligations.
As a FTSE listed company with two Water and Sewerage Companies licensed under the Water Act, Severn Trent Plc Group has a significant programme of statutory and regulatory reporting
The Corporate Reporting Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering this programme to a high standard, ensuring all obligations are met within the agreed timetable.

Further responsibilities include:
1. Manage year-end programme delivery, ensuring coordination with external partners and internal leaders.
2. Establish and maintain the Programme’s operating rhythm, tracking progress and identifying corrective actions.
3. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to Programme delivery.
4. Promote regulatory compliance and act as a business expert in this area.
5. Assist with Subsidiary Board meetings, including agendas, papers, resolutions, and minutes.
6. Prepare documentation for annual statutory accounts of subsidiary companies.
7. Ensure subsidiary compliance with corporate statutory obligations and regulatory filings.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Finance and/or Corporate Reporting role, with strong stakeholder management at a senior level.
Experience drafting regulatory documents and Board papers, is beneficial
You will haveexceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex regulatory reporting issues
Personal attributes such as intellectual curiosity, passion for development, and integrity are essential
While no specific qualifications are required, a Project Management qualification like Prince is advantageous.
